RECOMMENDATION:

lL. That this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RS-3
(Estate Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse) under Section 963 of the
Municipal Act subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning, with full provision of parking;

b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

Submission of Landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;
Satisfaction of the Fire Department concerns;
Issuance of a Development Permit; and

The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost
Charges.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
43/933 and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions noted above.
