RE: Rezoning App'icatian No.28/90, Bylaw No. 2534

| have for acknowledgement your letter dated December 2nd. 1991 with
respect to the above captioned matter.

We would advise that we are currently waiting confirmation of f nancing
and expect to be in a position to place out Letters Of Credit with
Engineering and Planning shortly. THese are the’ only matter left to

attend to with Engineering.

it would also advise that one of the main reasons for this lenathy delay
was the 4-5 months time that was consumed before the Minstry of the
Environment and the'Flood Studies 'by a private firm were available

to determine the issue of dealing with the high water level and the |
level required for the building leving area to be located, These matters
have of course now been determined. : | oo

In the circumstances we would therefore request an extension of time
to complete the fourth and final reading of the bylaw above-captioned...
