THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2606

A Bylaw to authorize an Agreement with CIBC Leasing Limited.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follown: |

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
are hereby empowered to sign and enter into, on behalf of the City, the
"Offer to Lease” and "Agency Agreement" with CIBC leasing Limited relating
to telephone equipment set forth and described in the Schedule "A"
attached hereto for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the
conditions set out in the said documents attached hereto and marked

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “CIBC Leasing Limited

Telephone Equipment Acquisition Bylaw, 1991, No. 2606"
