On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant-Governor, by and with the advice and consent

of the Executive Council, orders that , effective August 1, 1982, B.C. Reg. 358/59,
B.C. Reg. 144/64, B.C. Reg. 18/69, B.C.Reg. 68/80 and section 43 of B.C.
Reg. 397/74 are repealed and the following regulation is made.
