RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the Clerks' Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezcning Lot 63, of
D.L. 290 and 342 in NWLD Plan 18044 from RS-1 to RT-1l.

This application is to rezone a large property along Scarborough Crescent from |

a single family designation to a duplex designation to construct an inlaw .
suite. The application conforms to the Official Community Plan regulations

for infill suites and the Zoning Bylaw regulations for duplex siting. There

are no other duplex buildings in the vicinity.

Approval of the application is recommended.
