That a crosswalk be established on Citadel Drive at the north side of
Kensington Crescent.

That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to amend the Traffic
Bylaw if Recommendation 1 above is approved by Council.

That the estimated cost of $400 for the painting of the crosswalk and
appropriate signage be funded from the 1989 Public Works Unallocated

Capital Budget.

Avenue at the following locations:

Plan 43633 to a point 50 meters west.

b. On the south side; from the west property line of Lot 405 to
the east property line of Lot 414, both of Plan 59553.

That a “Parking Restricted - Disabled Persons Boarding or
Discharge - on each and every day” zone be designated on the north
side of Westminster Avenue from a point 50 meters west of the west
property line of Lot 196, Plan 43633 to a point 30 meters west.

That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to amend the Traffic
Bylaw if the above recommendations are approved by Council.

contained in the Ministry of Environment Policy Guide to the Wildlife
Act be incorporated into the Animal Control Bylaw.

incorporate these guidelines for consideration by Council.
