If the Council are desirous of proceeding with this land sale might we suggest
the following resolution and although the consideration therein is stated to be
the sum of $1.00 it will be a condition of subdivision for the new road that
was formerly City property to be constructed to the standards contained in the
Subdivision By-law and this will result in the connection of Ellis Drive to
Fraser Avenue and the completion of the road pattern in that particular area:

"That the following portions of land be sold to Greyfriars Realty Ltd., 1952
Como Lake Avenue, Coquitlam, B.C. for the sum of $1.00 each:

' Firstly, Lot 168, Southeast quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 44043, New
Westminster District.

Secondly, All and singular that certain piece, parcel or tract of land and
premises, situate, lying and being a portion of Lot 170, South East
Quarter Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District as shown

on registered plan 44043. And which may be more particularly

described as follows;

Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 170,

Thence on a bearing of N 44-14-00 E following the Easterly boundary
of said Lot 170, a distance of 92.32 feet,

Thence on a bearing of N 45-46-00 w a distance of 69.48 feet more
or less to a point on the Westerly boundary of Lot 170. Said point
being the South East corner of Lot 169, as shown on registered plan
44043. ; ‘

Thence on a bearing of N 60-31-45 wW following the southerly boundary
cf Lot 169 as show on registered plan 44043, a distance of 15.00
feet more or less to the westerly boundary of said Lot 170.

Thence on a bearing of S 00-42-50 W folloving the westerly boundary
of said Lot 170, a distance of 122.00 feet more or less to the
point of commencement.

And containing an area of 0.092 Acres more or less;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary deeds,
Plans, or other documents as required for the purpose aforesaid and to affix

the Corporate Seal thereto."
