Location of Property Affected:

1509 and 1521 Grant Avenue

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the use of the property for offices.

Further information:
A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to

4:30 p.m., On regular business days, from the date of this Notice unti! the Public
Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bviaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the
proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
