1986, No. 2162",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the
majority of all members of the Council this 3rd day of February, 1986.

Considered in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program this
\7th day of February, 1986.

Considered in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port
Coquitiam Industrial Development Strategy" this 17th day of February, 1986.

Determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration this
l7th day of February, 1986.

Referred to the Councils of the District of Coquitlam and The Corporation of the
District of Pitt Meadows and to the Board of the Greater Vancouver Regional

District this 17th day of February, 1986,
