A special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci | Chamber, Port
Coquitiam City Hall on Monday, December 21st, 1984 at 4:15 pwm.

His Worship Mayor L.M,. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C, Farnworth, J.J.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright In attendance,

Also In attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman and City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng.

installation of a bus shelter on Eastern Drive between Claudia and
Delia.

That a bus shel ter be Installed on the north side of Eastern Drive
between Claudia and Della at an estimated cest of $4,000 to be funded
from the 1984 Unallocated Publle Works Budget.
