THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2019

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal! Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ,

The Zone Designation of A=1 assigned to the area shown on a plan of proposed
Subdivision of Lot 11 of the Fractional Southeast Quarter, Section 6, Township
40, Plan 4318, New Westminster District; which said subdivision plan includes the
Northerly 3.048 m of Road shown closed on the Plan attached to and made of the
"Rae Street Lane (Plan 2012) Road Closure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2018" prepared: by
' Helge Jacobsen and Associates, Professional! B.C. Land Surveyors and shown on
their drawing bearing File No. $=84-5054-7 is removed and the foliowing Zone
Designations are applied:

(a) RS=-1 to Lot 1, containing an area of 818 sq.m as shown on the plan af
proposed subdivision aforesaid; and,

(b) RS=-1A to Lot 2, Lot 3, and Lot 4, said lots containing 459 sq.m, 375 sqom,
and 375 sq.m, respectively. . .

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

A copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to in Section 1 is attachedd
to this Bylaw and made a part hereof.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2019!,

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of February, 1984.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of February, 1984.
Public Hearing held this 26th day of March, 1984.

Read a third time by the Municipal! Council this th day of » 1984.

Received the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs this th day of
» 1984.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal! Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam this day of » 1984.
