RECOMMENDATION:

That Council give consideration to passage of the following resolution:

Thorleifson, 3591 Inverness Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C., az or for the price
Stated opposite the legal des n of the Property appearing hereunder:

"Parcel "4" (Bylaw Plan 56769) of the North east
_ Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 19637,

New Westminster District - $5,484.00,

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary
documents for the Purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the
' City thereto,"

Lane (Plan 19637) Road Closure Bylaw, 1983, No. 1994" and the successful tenderer
is the owner of the property to the ea rty now being sold will be
added to that other Property. The clo e receipt of tenders was
