A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hal. on January 10th, 1983 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D, Gates, J.J.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative ffficer B.R. Kirk,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer, F.€.' Peters, P. Eng., City
Treasurer J. Maitlend, Director of Community.Planning W. Brown and
Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES:

Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the minutes of the Reqular Council Meeting held on December
20th, 1982 and the minutes of the Special Council Meeting held on
‘December 29th, 1982, be adopted as read.

Carried.

DELEGATIONS:

The City Clerk advised Mr. Art Purdon of the Greater Vancouver
Sewer and Drainage District was not available this evening to make his
presentation to Council regarding the possible diversion of Or Creek.

*PW/02/83/01/10/02

, His Wors!,ip Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. G. Ritchey, 3161
Toba Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. who then made a presentation to
Council regarding access to the property at 1452 Pitt River Road.

That access from Pitt River’ Road be permitted for the property
described as Lot 547, Group One, District Lot 232, Plan 60709, New
Westminster District, addressed as 1452 Pitt River Road.
