Attached to this memorandum are the following items: 1. A three page document constituting an Agreement between the Labour Relations Department of the G.V.R.D. and the eleven Fire Fighters' Union Locals with respect to the 1981/82 Collective Agreement. : Pages 15, 16, 51, and 52 being the pages setting forth the local issues mentioned in item 11 of the preceding document that refer to Port Coquitlam. This information is excerpted from a 72 page appendix. The other pages, of course, relate to other municipalities. A handwritten four page document that constitutes the Memorandum of Agreement signed by the parties during the late night bargaining sessions that occurred last week under the auspices of the Minister of Labour. Items 1 and 2 mentioned above are extensions and clarifications of this document. At the request of the Labour Relations Department of the G.V.R.D. we are asking that the Council agree to the Memorandum of Agreement and, accordingly, it would be appreciated if Council would give consideration to the following resolution: "That the Memorandum of Agreement referred to in the Acting-City Administrator's Memorandum to Council of June 15th, 1981 be ratified and approved."
