BY-LAW _NO. 1709

A By-law to amend the “City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law,
1964",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .
1. That By-law No. 752 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964" as amended
by By~law Numbers 877, 1063, 1160, 1167, 1301, 1360, 1483 and 1634 is
further amended by Geleting Schedule "A" as attached to and forming part
of By-law No. 752 and substituting therefor Schedule "A" attached to and
forming part of this By-law.
2. This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on
all persons on and from the First day of January, 1979.
3. This By-law may he cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1709".
