Subject to the regulations in Sectiona 301 and 502, the following uses

(7) A PERSONAL CARE USE:
shall be restricted to the care of up to tex amoulatory guests
only and the care of non-ambulatory guests shall not be permitted.
shall be permitted only in facilities -

(41) licensed under che provisions of the Comunity Care
Facilities Licensing Act,
(11) approved by the Council as suitable for Personel Care Use,
(444) for which the said license or approval kas not been revoked

or withdrawn.

(8) A FAMILY DAY CARE USE, OUT OF SCHOOL DAY CARE US, OR CHILD MINDING USE

(a) in the RS-1 and RS-2 ZONES shall not be permitted where it is

(b)" in the RM-1, RM-2, RM~3 and RM-4 ZONES shall not be permitted
where it 1s proposed to give care to more them five children
nor except in a suite or dwelling unit thar is on a ground
floor location or has direct access and egress to the
exterior of the building.

(9) A GROUP DAY CARE_USE on GuRSERY SCHOOL USE
: —

(a) fn the RS-1 and RS-2 ZONES shall not be permitted where

it 1s proposed to give care to more than twenty children;

(b) In the RM-1, RM-2, RM-3 and RM~4 ZONES shali be permitted
only in apartment fucilities designed or adapted for such
uses and intended to serve residents of the subject building
or persena residing in immediately adjacent RM ZONES or

apartment facilitics,
