Alderman Ranger referred to a residence on Eastern Drive where Ald. Ranger

that the refuse in question is either from demolition of a garage or during Clean;

renovations and that it is not the policy of the Sanitation Department

to pick up such material, Alderman Ranger pointed out that the City's

advertisement for Clean-up Week only excluded tires and rags; however,

members of Council generally agreed that the City not remove the refuse

in question.
