The City Clerk advised that prior to submission to a Public Hearing

scheduled to be held on Monday, October 7th, 1974, By-law NO. 1331, proposed

to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" was

available for initial consideration.

Alderman Ranger introduced a By-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918".

NEW BUSINESS:

Alderman Traboulay referred to the memorandum from Mayor J.M. Campbell,
September 9th, 1974, wherein the Mayor stated he had noticed that a great deal
of the Council's time has been taken up by various Aldermen querying various
Committee Chairmen on the status of items being dealt with by the Committees,
and requesting that this practice be discontinued as far as possible and that

all Aldermen's inquiries to the Committee Chairmen be made privately. The

Mayor, in his report, further stated that if the Aldermen did not obtain
