ll. Every person who violates any of che Provisions of this By-law, or who

suffers or perzits any act or thing co be done in violation of any of the provi-

sions of this By-layv, or tho neglects to do or refrains from doing anything

required to be done by any of the Provisiens of this By~law, is guilcy of an

offence and UPON Summary conviction therefor, shall be liable to a fine and

Penalty not exceeding Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, or in default of Payment

thereof, or in the alternative to imprisonment for a period of tice not

exceeding Six (6) months,
12. This By-law may be cited for all Purposes as the "City c£ Port
