Re: Bedford Road Exchange By-law

By-law No. 1253 which authorizes a land exchange involving a portion of a road

adjacent to Bedford Street is available for final adoption. In view of the fact that

there is no Council meeting next week, Council may wish to deal with the By-law at

this time in order that we can forward the necessary documents to Victoria to complete

registration of this By-law. A copy of By-law No. 1253, which received third reading

. on June 4th, 1973, is attached for your information.
