Dear Sirs, a i jal vant ft have a number of concerns and questions regarding the ee propsed bylaw which directly concerns my residence and effects my family's lifestyle. | }. AS this proposal directly effects two families I would like to know why we have not been approached by sameane on couneil but instead mailed a notice of public hearing. 2. This proposal will effect the entrance to my property located at 1126 Pitt River Road. Who is going to be responsible for the considerable cost of access when my access from Pitt River Road is being denied. I have told that this will not effect me, however at some time in the future it will, 3. This property is located at the most accident prone intersections along the Mary Hild Bypass. As well between the Mary Bypass and this proposed area is the intersection Argue Street. Argue Street also has the Gillnetter Pub it. The traffic and parking problems in this immediate area of no naws to council. I[t has been brought up many times public hearings. You are now elevating this problem. 1! would also like to point out that the new construction of town houses has also taken an area that was being used by the pub for parking. 5. Who is going to maintain this area? The garbage that will result from public use of this area will also direct'y effect us. Please note that there is a convecience store one block from this area.
