Satisfaction of Engineering requirements, including paving of lane up
to Wellington;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;
Consolidation of the properties into one lot;
Issuance of as Development Permit; and

Registration of a covenant to facilitate public use of the private
sidewalk running along side the rear service lane.

That the Planning Department ke authorized to draft Development Permit No.
41/92; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions noted above.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No
42/92; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when completed
subject to:

Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Parking to be provided in full compliance with the standard for townhouses;

Approval of landscaping plans by the Parks and Recreation Department;
Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;
Satisfaction of Building Department requirements; and

The applicant achieving consolidation of the north and south portions
the site with the dividing road right of way.
