Avenue area, being prepared by Urban Systema, is submitted to the
Municipal Council.

The Planning Committee received the attached report from the Planning
Department recommending approval for thia proposed rezoning from RM-3 to RM-4,

The members of the Committee considered that, given the traffic problema
in the area and the fact that a traffic study ie being conducted, this
application should not be considered for approval until the results of the
traffic atudy are known and remedial measures to the traffic problema are
formulated.
