BYLAW NQ. 2624 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after Firat Reading of this Bylaw the Council haa: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the moat recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between then; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for congideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Chapter “V DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS” of Schedule “A" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended by adding the following, after Section 2.10, as Section 2.11: "2.41 Northside ~- Development Permit Area XT This area is designated as a Development Permit Area for the establishment of objectives and the provisions of guidelines for the form and character of commercial and multi-family development. Boundaries: North: Center line of Laurier Avenue between the center line of ilington Street and the center line of Sefton Street; c-orar line of Patricia Avenue between the center line of Sezcan Street and the center line of Coast Meridian Road; ceatar line of Laurier Avenue between the center line of Coast Meridian Road and Ulster Street; northerly property 2624 ; ; FIRST TWO READINGS - ITEM | PAGE
