And that City Council adopt a resolution issuing a Development Variance Permit exempting Lots 12 and 16, D.eL. 232, Grp. 1, NWLD, Pian 73976 from the requirements of Bylaw 2242 Section 403 and Section 404, regulating road width requirements. COMMENTS: This Development Variance Permit application has been submitted to relax the requirement for a cul-de-sac bulb. The application is supported, because there are existing houses that would have to be removed. This area is the only part of the South Pitt River Road neignbourhood that, the development contro! plan was not able To successfully resolve. The situation is there are several older houses which preclude either extending Nova Scotia through or creating a cul-de~sac. Due to this problem, the approach recommended is to wait until one of the houses is removed and then extend Nova Scotia.
