Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, May 11th, 1987 at 7:30 p.me His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, GR. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance, Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, and Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw would now be considered: BL/01/87/058/11/01 Bylaw No. 2259: To rezone the 0.279 ha portion of Lot 116, Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 40349, New Westminster District, lying in The southwest corner thereof and measuring 38.1m from the west property line and 73.204m from the south property line from "Institutional" to “Apartment 1”. The property is located in the 3300 Block Ulster the rezoning would permit the development of.the property for reesidential, rather «than institutional, purposes. letter was received from Robert C. Smith, 3263 Ulster Street stating his concerns regarding the proposed rezoning. No one was present to speek at the Public Hearing. BL/02/87/05/11/05 Bylaw No. 2260 To rezone the 0.279 ha portion of Lot 116, Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 40349, New Westminster District, lying in the southwest corner thereof and measuring 38.1m from the west property line and 73.204m from the south property line from "Institutional". to "Apartment i". ~The property is located on the East side of the 3300 Block Ulster Street and would permit the construction of Townhouses on the property. No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.
