Ty IS MOVED, SEBCONED & CARRIED THAT THIS BOARD OF VARIANCE
WO recommend to City. Council of Port Coqu@tlam aa follows:

1. That ALL building permits issued by the city Inspection
Depaziment under Zofing By-law #1651 (as amended to date).
Have attached thereto a copy of the relative. zohing by-law,
together, where indicated or advisable, 2 verbal explanation
of property line clearances, roof overhanges % those
relative to Accessory Buildings. ;

That an INITIAL inspection by Building Inspector 3 be
made at the "footing" or "side-wall form stage before
conerete is poured and that the Building Inspectors at that
time advise the permit holder whether or not the proposed
foundation or footing 4s in accordance with the said Z
By-laws, at which time the Inspector should take into
consideration the full building plans on file with the
Inspection Department.
