Whereas the Municipality has previously endorsed the economic
development work of the Coquitiam Chamber of Commerce;

AND WHEREAS the GVRD Development Services Department, with which the
Munictpality has a contract for data services and has information and’
assistance which would contribute to the economic development program of
the Chamber of Commerce; |

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Counci| agree to contribute to the
Chamber's program the data resources and economic development ass{stance
of the GVRD Development Services Department on the same’ basis as {ff the
service provided directly to the Municipallty.

Mayor Traboulay then appointed Aldermen Gates and Stewart ‘as the

City's representatives to the Chamber of Commerce Economic Development
Profile Committee.
