A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Counci| of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeTing assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquittam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 13
District Lot 479.

Group One
Plan 20211]
New westminster District

is nereby rezoned from RS-1 to RM-3 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651)" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning. ;

This Bylaw may be cited for al| purposes as the "City. of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2029",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of April, 1984,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 9+h” day of April, 1984,

Public Hearing held this 30th day of April, 1984,

Bylaw No. 2029: to rezone:

Lot 13, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 20211, New
Westminster District, from RS-1 to RM~3,
