use of the public and Said parking facility is situate Within a5 meters from the said land, as required by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" for alternate parking; AND WHEREAS the said Applicant desires to provide the required off-street parking for the said lands within the parking facility in substitution for the off-street parking upon its lands, and has made application to the Corporation for permission to use such parking facilities and the Corporation has agreed to grant such use in the form and to the extent hereinafter provided; NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WTTNESSETH that in consideration ‘of the Payment of the sum of $18 7525.00, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto covenant and agree each with the other as follows: 1.
