From the Recreation Director, January 13th, 1983 regarding the
1983 Bantam Tournament.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the M‘nor Hockey Association be permitted to host the 1983
Bantam Tournament from April 2nd, 1983 to April 7th, 1983;

That they be charged ice rental for April 2nd, 3rd, Sth, 6th and
7th at 50% of the normal rate and for April 4th they be charged’ at the
Full rate due to the fact that this is a statutory holiday;

That the Association be permitted to use all the facilities of the
Port Recreation Centre;

AND THAT the City operate the concession during the tournament.

of a Maintenance Management System:

a Maintenance Management System for the Works Yard and that the
development of the system be undertaken in house using existing staff
in accordance with the attached terms of reference.

Alderman Gates advised the release of water at the B.C. Hydro dam
at 16:30 a.m. recently stranded someone acrii:s the Coquitlam River and
caused problems to the People. working on the Salmon Enhancement: Program
as there was a 2 1/2 ft. rise in the river and Alderman Gates expressed
