The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on April 21st, 1980.

Seconded by

That the Subdivision Plan of Lots 25 & 26, Plan 2225 and
' Parcel "A", Ref/By-Law Plan 58822 of District Lot 379, and a portion
of Lot 43, Block 5, Plan 21271 and Parcel "EB" Ref/By-law Plan 58822
of District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District wherein Lots
-94,.95, and 96 are created and wherein the said lot 94 has a frontage
upon the highway of less than 1/10th of its perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted

from the minimum frontage prescribed under Section 712 (1) of the
Municipal Act and the “City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land

By-Law, 1970, No. 992".
