Warwick Acting-Secretary Zoning Board of Variance Re: Encroachment — 2015 Fraser Avenue The Zoning Board of Variance received an Appeal from the owner of 2015 Fraser Avenue with respect to the non-conforming use of the property and the side and front yard clearances of a residence located thereon and a proposal to renovate an existing attic to create additional bedroom areas. : At their meeting of July 25th, 1979, the Board of Variance considered the merits of the Appeal and agreed that in addition to a favourable decision from the Board, the applicant would also require the consent of the Municipal Council to allow a small encroachment into the City's Cambridge Street road allowance to continue. A site plan showing the extent of the encroachment is attached for Council's information. Following a further discussion, the Board passed.the following resolution: ; "That the Appeal of Dayle Sagmoen with respect to Lot 12, Block 27, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2286, New Westminster District, being 2015 Fraser Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. concerning the present non-conforming use of the property and the side and front yard clearances of a residence situate thereat and a proposal to renovate the attic thereof to create additional bedroom areas, be allowed; SUBJECT TO the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam agreeing to allow the slight encroachment into the Cambridge Street road allowance to continue; 4ND THAT upon receiving the necessary Council approval, the necessary Order be issued to give effect to this decision," The Board of Variance therefore requests a decision from the Council in this regard.
