Upon completion of construction and furnishings, the building is to be deeded back to the City of Port Coquitlam. The facility would henceforth be operated and maintained by the City; the current Recreation Department would handle the usage and maintenance of the building. SUMMARY & REQUESTS; A. B. Approval in principal to construct “Kinsment Community Building" a multi-usage community recreation building. Approval to construct the building on the proposed site. This location would allow for efficient supervision and at the same time allow the Kinsmen Club the opportunity to develope picnic and recreation facilities adjacent to the building and bordering on the Coquitlam River. Request for "ederal & Provincial Grants.
