THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW NO. 1643 C Cj U f i fr WY A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam BusinesatAdbnceday979 law, 1973, No. 1237", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Clauses (d ), (e), (£), and (g) of Section 1 of tue "City of Port Coquitlam Business Licence By-law, 1973, No. 1237" ae relettered as Clauses (e), (£), (g) and (h) respectively and the following is inserted as Clause (d): "(d) "Employee" shall mean and include any person actually engaged on a full time or part time basis: in the operation of a business whether employed on a salaried, commission, or other basis, and also includes any partners or princij;als engaged in the operation of a business." 2. Section 9 of the By-law is repealed and the followiny substituted: "9, (a) The application form shall be delivered to the Licence Inspector and shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in Schedule "A". (b) Where an applicant desires to apply for more than one licence, the particulars of each and every licence applied for may be sct forth on one application without the necessity for the completion of separate application forms for each business for which a licence is sought. (c) Notwithstanding clauses (a) and (b) of this section, the Licence Inspector is hereby authorized to modify the forms prescribed or any of the administrative procedures prescribed Me €: Ac, be ble foe Finsr (ance Reads necessary by him when dealing with any owner applying for a and to require such additional information as may be deemed Gers Ceaan licence pursuant to this By-law. (d) Where an application is made for a licence under Part IT of Schedule "A" the Licence Inspector shall issue separate licences where the nature of the activities to be undertaken constitute separate businesses and the fees provided in the said Part Il of Schedule "A" shall apply separately to each euch business."
