THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW NO. 1461 * A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1 Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended by inserting the following therein as Section (z): "(z) 4. Lot 39, Block Q, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan ‘19410, New Westminster District. Lot 36, Block 8, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2294, New Westminster District. . That. portion of lane lying South and West of the afore-_ said Lot 39, North of the aforesaid Lot 36, and East of Oxford Street: said lane being 20 feet wide and 33 feet long and 660 square feet in area. That portion of Imperial Avenue lying adjacent to the South boundary of the aforesaid Lots 36 and 39; said portion being 23.5 feet in width and containing 5,176 square feet, more or less. 2. This By-law may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1461".
