RECOMMENDATION :

Application to rezone a parcel of land roughly 2g3 acres
in size from RS-2 to RS-1 for subdivision.

Lot 421, Plan 48883.

Council will recall that approval was given last year to
the consolidation of 3 deep lots on-Prairie Road east of
Cedar Drive and subsequent rezoning and subdivision of a
portion to create 4 RS-1 building lots fronting on Prairie
Road with the balance of the property to remain RS-2 (see
attached sketch). The request now before Council to rezone
this remaining portion to RS-1 for subdivision. 9 lots are
to be created as shown on the attached sketch.

This rezoning application wag considered by the Planning and
Zoning Committee at its April 7/76 meeting and the Committee
recommends approval of the rezoning.
