His Worship the Mayor then expressed his appreciation to the Ministerial
Association for sending their representatives to officiate and to the
City Staff, for the association between Council and Staff for a very
good year in 1975 with particular thanks to City Clerk R.A. Freeman for

the excellent preparation for today's events.
