Dear Sirs: Re: Mosquito Control

This District has Supplementary Letters Patent for
the function of mosquito control for Coquitlem, New Westminster,
Port Coquitlam, and Surrey. It is hoped that this work can be
carried out in conjunction with the other Regional Districts in
the Fraser Valley and a meeting has been set up for early February
to discuss this.

In the meantime, we should formalize a Regional
Comnittee representing the four municipalities for which the District
has the function. We have already hed one informal meeting in
December which was attended by your Mr. Pollock and I wonder if you
would be good enough to formally approve his appointment to a Regional
District Mosquito Control Comnittee.
