proclaim that on, from, and after the date hereof the’
following be added to the objects, powers, obligatians, duties,

1. Paragraph 4 ofthe function of “Ski Hill” authorized by
supplementary Letters Patent issued on the 27th day of
February, 1975, shall be deemed fo be amended by striking
out the figures $400,000 on the third jine and substituting the
figures $675,000 therefore; so that the paragraph reads as
follows: "

44, The debt incurred by the regional district for the

purposes of this Division shall not exceed in the aggregate

* $475,000.00.4
