ACTIVITIES DURING THIS REPORTING PERIOD

® Request base data’ from BC Hydro, CP Rail, Transportation & | Highways,
Environment Lands and Parks, GVRD, and BCBC.

Develop alternative alignments and profiles for study area. Complete a
preliminary evaluation of alternatives generated. \

Preliminary meeting with environmental agencies and sub-consultant.
Site visit and walk through with mapping consultant.

Establish preliminary right-of-way requirements for east.end of project at the.
request of the City of Coquitlam.

Start-up meetings with Hydraulic and Traffic sub-consultants. Start of
preliminary hydraulic modelling. | |

Meet with Associated Engineering and BC Environment to co-ordinate road
alignment with dyke construction. |

Distribution of alignment drawings to BC Environment (land and Parks) and ©
Fisheries and Oceans for review and comments. :
