Report from the Senior Citizen Centre Addition Building Committee Meeting
held Tuesday, March 14th, 1978 at 4:00 p.m.

Attached hereto is a copy of a proposed Client - Architect Agree~
ment between the City and Carlberg-Jackson Partners. The Agreement has been
reviewed by the City Solicitor and the Committee and with the proposed amend-
ments to Article X - Arbitration, the Committee recommends that the Agreement
be executed by the City.

The Architect will complete the working drawings and specifications
next week and will submit same to the Building Inspector, Fire Chief, and the
undersigned. The drawings and specs will be available for review by any
interested persons. The Committee recommends that the Architect be authorized
to call tenders for the Senior Citizen Centre Addition Project and upon receipt
of the tenders by the City recommend the award of a contract,
