Pera a | DRAFT RESOLUTIONS

1. That the Subdivision Plan of a Portion of the Southeast
Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, prepared
by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated September 16th, 1977 wherein
Lots 437 and 438 are created, be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized

to execute the said Plans on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto.

2. That a Right-of-Way in the standard form of document used by

British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority be granted to the said Authority

over a portion of Lot 438 of the Southeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 40

of a Plan of Subdivision in process as shown on a Right-of-Way Plan
prepared by Vernon C. Goudal, B.C.L.S. and dated September 16th, 1977;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized

to execute the necessary documents and Plans therefor on behalf of the

City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
