Rauh City Clerk SUBJECT: Sale of City Property - 2506 Pitt River Road RESOLUTION: That the City Clerk be instructed to pest the attached Notice of Intention for 2506 Pitt River Road. And that any representations with respect to this matter be heard at the Council Meeting of November 14, 1994, Cguncil will recall that the City purchased 2506 Pitt River Road in April of this year as a 387 m* portion was required to reconstruct the intersection of Pitt River Road and Reeve Street. The property was purchased at $11.62 per sq.ft., a portion of road was dedicated and the owner of the adjacent properties has offered to purchase the remaining property for $12.50 per sq.ft.
