The Council has recently sent the attached letter to the Minister of
Municipal Affairs, Recreation and Housing and to the Attorney General of
the Province.

Because the matter of private claims against unopened road allowances
may affect all municipalities in a significant way, the Council is asking
that your Council send similar letters to the 2 ministers mentioned.
