A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior
toe the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held
‘in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street,
Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, July 8th, 1991 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.J. Gordon, M.A. Thompson,
J.J. Keryluk, R.N Talbot and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Alsc in -attendance were City Treasurer/Acting Deputy Administrator J.
Maitland, Acting City Clerk S. Rauh, Deputy City Engineer K. Gaudry, Director
of Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Parks and Recreation K.J. Taylor, Fire
Chief J. Baillie, Deputy Fire Chief G. Routley, and Junior Planner J. Lee.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:
