THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2586

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290,
R.S.B.C., 1979, the Council established Statutory Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set
aside in the Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective
Reserve Funds to be expended from the following purposes for the year 1990:

Public Works Special Capital $ 74,013.68

Road Development Cost Charges 286,605.27
Park Development Cost Charges 150,525.88
Park Development Cost Charges Interest 102,545.05
Water Are No. 5 277,872.98
Water Ares. No. 6 ' 40,542.01

2.:° Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures
hereby authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned .
to the credit of the specified Reserve Fund.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Statutory Reserve Funds
Expenditure Bylaw, 1991, No. 2586". —
