No fee for a Plumbing Permit shall. be refunded if the work
authorized by the permit has been commenced; but if no work hag
been commenced and the permit is surrendered and cancelled the
City Treasurer shall refund 90% of the Plumbing Permit Fee;
however, no refund shall be made of amounts less than $25.00."

Building and Plumbing Bylaw, 1991, No. 2568, Amendment Bylaw, 1991,
No. 2577".
