Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: THAT City Council direct the Clerk's office to inform surrounding neighbors of this application. AND THAT a resolution to issue a Voluntary Development Variance Permit to Lot 94 of the South West Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, NWLD Plan 75281 for relaxation of Section 801 Subsection (7) of the Zoning Byiaw be placed on a subsequent Council agenda. Carried. From the City Engineer, March 28th, 1989 regarding Parking Restrictions on Coast Meridian Road South of Mary Hill Bypass. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: That "No Parking at Anytime" restrictions be imposed on the west side of Coast Meridian Road from the Mary Hill Bypass to the Pitt River Dyke. That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to amend the Traffic Regulations Bylaw if the above recommendation is approved by Council. Carried. From the City Engineer, March 30th, 1989 regarding Request for Zone — 2049 Coquitlam Avenue. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: That a 9 meter loading zone be established at the front entrance to 2049 Coquitlam Avenue for the use of disabled persons. That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to revise the Traffic Regulations Bylaw if Recommendation 1 above is approved by Council. Carried.
