Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyor, bearing Drawing Number C-3840-87 and dated February 23rd, +987. is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Town House Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
