BYLAW NO. 2275

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coqul
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", JUN 29 1987

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
meeting assembled, eriacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which
more particularly described as:

Proposed Lot 1 as shown on a Topographical Pian of a Portion of
Block "A", District Lots 174 and 289, Group ji, Plan 5917, New
‘Westminster District, prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates,
British Columbia Land Surveyor, bearing Drawing Number C-3840-87

and dated February 23rd, +987.

is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Town House Apartment) and the
Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended

to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2273".
